David is a research analyst primarily responsible for knowledge and content management and business information for a variety of online communities, particularly in the IT, insurance and financial services fields. An integral part of the knowledge development and management team which has overseen the growth of one of the UK's most dynamic online information communities for senior IT executives, David has also worked as a specialist consultant on the future of political and economic EU-Caribbean relationships for the EU and as a foreign policy advisor for the Government of Trinidad & Tobago on the strategic development of closer relations with Latin American trade blocs. David, a Chevening Scholar, holds a BA from the University of the West Indies, a Ph.D. in International Political Economy from the University Sussex where he specialised in electronic financial markets.
